As soon as I saw these guns I instantly fell in love with them, and Maeve kindly gave me permission to model one of them. I'm very grateful and incredibly happy with the final results!
This little projects was a great exercise in learning how to handpaint properly in Substance Painter, and I also tried out rendering in Unreal instead of Marmoset for a change, as I wanted to find out if I could hit a similar render quality level in Unreal compared with the results I've had from Marmoset so far.
I had a blast working on this and I'd love to make the rest of these guns in the future - we'll see what 2021 has in store!
